Perm Banned for Calling Somebody a Noob???

I recently disconnected during a game due to a bad connection.. I came back and the whole team was flaming me.. and I told someone they were a hardstuck noob and got permanently banned instantly after the game without any review???

everything i said here was literally just a response to teammates flaming me in all chat and normal chat.. the other team even agreed with me that my team was being toxic and was going to report them for claiming i was inting.

the thing i dont understand is this account is only like a month old and i dont understand why i wouldnt be chat banned or something before a permanent ban. i understand i was mean to the bard, but he was the one talking shit first, and i called him a noob ffs. this has to be some kind of error and id like my account back please.
