RIOT why is it acceptable to int and grief so long as you do not say anything bad in the chat?!?! please respond if anything is in the works to take action against this toxic behavior??????

the only way for player to get banned currently is by typing bad things in the chat, anything else is fair game. This is so wrong , considering i can mute someone saying bad things, i can not stop an intentional feeder from intentionally feeding so long as they say nothing bad. by refusing to respond to NUMEROUS posts regarding this topic it seems to me like its too much of an investment for your company to take action against this behavior ruining the community and instead you would rather sweep it all under the rug. the investment is well worth it riot, you are tripping over dollars to pick up pennies. the amount of players that are turned off by this behavior i assure you is large and will greatly impact the long term success of your game.

Please don't think that just because you spent money on the game, that you are entitled to have a Rioter come on to boards to answer you personally. A Rioter may or may not come, but they don't have time to say the same things over and over again.

If you want one on one time with a Rioter personally, contact them via support. Otherwise you're just going to get people like me responding instead.

It's not acceptable. But reliably catching trolls is extremely hard with todays technology. You can't just write a program that says:

if troll{ ban(); }

That's not how it works. Instead you do it with a neural network. You teach the computer to understand what trolling is, so it can catch people. But you also have to make sure that it knows what trolling ISN'T, so it doesn't just ban players having bad games.

But to train a neural network to understand such a complex thing as the difference between intentionally trolling and bad players required a ridiculous amount of data, and A LOT of processing power.

Currently, the biggest problem is a lack of data. There just isn't enough of it. You can't just make it up, you have to use real world examples of what trolling looks like, and then you have to get real world examples of what trolling doesn't look like.

This is a huge problem, but slowly as people report trolls, more and more data is aquired. The system becomes better over time.

I TOO like to capitalize RANDOM words while throwing in ADDITIONAL tools to direct your ATTENTION to random WORDS. Some people might argue THAT a well reasoned post doesn't require such CHEAP highlights to get the POINT across, but i think they are just JEALOUS.

It's not acceptable. It's just harder to differentiate an inter from a player who just keeps screwing up. One of the biggest problems is that people have little to no patience, and they will accuse you of inting when you merely misclicked. Same goes for being focused, being on the wrong side of a matchup, lag, or Hail Mary attempts. They cry wolf in these situations so much that the system had to adapt, allowing some soft inters to get away with it. Don't believe me? I lost a game with jungle khazix yesterday, and since I hadn't played him in ages, I didn't do well. Naturally, I got blamed and called an inter. In the post game lobby, I explained (for the third time) that I was trying to learn him, and the response I got was "not my problem." This proves that people don't care about the situation, and that they just want to get mad.

I like how people always respond "oh its not easy to differentiate between an int and a low skill player." Well actually IT IS

Ive played thousands of matches. You knoe how many times ive gone 0-15 in 3 consecutive games? Never. Not once. Im not even sure ive ever even gone 0-15 before.

The fact is if someone goed 0-15 or worse in consecutive games and are also being reported for inting its time to ban that person from blind, draft and ranked. They can go play vs AI for a while. Initial ban 2 days, 2nd time 1 week, 3rd time you're out.

If some rare case happens that someone is actually so bad they go 0-15 without actually inting THEN MAYBE THEY ARE NOT CUT OUT FOR COMPETETIVE PLAY?! now i know you guys arent too bright but the solution really is that easy.
