Why is nothing done about trolls in this game?

Stayed at tower not farming, bought garbage items and garbage masteries despite playing hundreds of adc games last season with right items and masteries.

Its bad enough with the garbage matchmaking this game has and now this. Fuck you riot and fuck this piece of shit game im gonna play support in some other game were people are not fucking asshole pieces of shit.
