maybe the training mode could be remodelled to have exp and gold that would be awesome

I know its my fault for leaving for dinner or to the washroom you have a good to ban me as I'm letting my team down. Now in league I'm starting to just do the training because I just want to get points and gold and whatever stuff league has to offer but I keep having to do other things in life crazy right? i know i shouldn't be playing a game were 1 round takes like 20min its just this game is to good to let go. Somedays I can play for hours others I just don't even play cause of risk of bans. My is 20min for 5 rounds ill try to wait that long but I'm not a patient guy maybe there might not be as harsh bans when playing with bots would be a good idea but thats just me and everyone will most likely disagree. I also think it's a cool idea for the training mode to give something for the newer players still easing into the game :) I hope Riot considers your suggestion.

On the other subject: The bans are already less severe when playing vs bots, but they do build up after many leaves. It's cool that you're being more careful about when you play, that shows that you care for your team and the game/your account.^^

I'm not sure about your age (it doesn't really matter) but what worked for my brother when he started playing was to explain the importance of not leaving during a game to our parents/guardians. He explained to them and showed them the Summoner's code http://gameinfo.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/game-info/get-started/summoners-code/ and that the game has no 'pause' but it usually lasts 20-40 minutes.

He'd just tell them that he was about to start a game, and ask if there was time for it. They were pretty chill that he was being responsible about it instead of saying: "can't go to supper I'll get banned" <--the default where they get would have got pissed and unplugged the internet.

maybe there could be another type of training implemented where you could choose any hero, for each round a little exp and gold is rewarded, choose the amount of time for each round, and maybe be able to switch characters in the middle of the battle but keep the stuff earned. I find that pretty cool but again my opinion.
