HELP! I was hacked and banned by the hackers actions

I've been playing this game since 2010 and I've never had a ban, I've spent a fair amount of money on skins to support this game and League has been my go to for so long. Recently I've taken a break from playing only to receive and email telling me I've been permanently banned and no one has responded to my requests. If anyone takes a look at my match history, my most recent games are with some one I've never played with before. If you look at the games before then I've only played with players I've been playing with for a long time (one of whom I've played with for 4 years now). Is there anything I can do? I'm not actively playing right now but I've always found myself coming back to LoL and I don't want to lose my account after everything I've put into this game. Thanks, hi im anhvu

Contact support with only ONE ticket and wait for a response, constantly adding messages bumps the ticket to the end of the line. Give them as much information as you can, as well as explaining that you haven't been on in however long.

They may ask you certain questions about your account, such as your first few bought champions. You may also get an automated response at first, just respond to it saying you'd like someone to look at your account.

And keep in mind, it may take some time. It is/was the weekend, so they may have some tickets to catch up in. c:

I too myself was hacked, my main account that is. I caught the person who had control of my account along with sending proof to Riots support. All i got in return from them was. We understand you like to keep my account bla bla. But unfortantly i was using exploits which caused me to have a permanent ban after gaining control over my account again. So in conclusion, my main is banned but my other accounts arent.
