How does reporting work for premades?

So far from my experience playing this game about 80% of premades are very toxic. They will flame you for not reading their mind, they troll you to be funny to their friends, they tell the enemy team to report YOU while they talk as much shit as they like. The entire premade system is as if they are encouraged to be toxic and troll to be funny. Since you're only one person against 3 or 4 people reporting system based on number of reports is completely useless. They are toxic because they know they can get away with it. I've had one too many games where premades made me want to quit this game entirely. The worst part is I know they just get away with it and I'm not the only one they do this to.

I think that if you are in a premade, every report on you should be multiplied by the amount of the group. This way if you're a singled out person in a toxic group of 4 you will be accurately represented by 4 reports on each person.
