This makes no sense to me

This has always baffled me, to this day i don't understand what riot thinks is toxic behavior. The most recent example was today, i'm playing norms with a friend, i go jhin jg for the laughs, the game starts i go to take my blue buff level 1, bot lane is leashing and won't leave when i ping, whatever i think maybe they want to leash my gromp cause i'm jhin jg and have a tough clear. the lucian waits and auto steals my blue after i 4th auto it. clearly on purpose and runs to bot the ali. i tell them to "kys" because they legit just fucked me and i'm against a rengar, lucian feeds fb and the game is over at 5 mins... cut to end game screen, the lucian has managed to turn the enemy team against me, as if its my fault they stole my buff and then gave fb?????? is that not toxic behavour? screwing your jg over on purpose???? anywho i got a 14day ban for saying kys, smh this game really doesn't know what toxic behavour is.

Yes, telling someone they should end their life because you're mad at them is toxic.

No, someone taking a neutral monster that nobody owns is not toxic. They did not "steal" your buff, as it was never your buff to begin with - it is the team's buff (as it's on their side of the map), but the jungler does not own the buffs.

Yes that is toxic behavior. So is telling someone to kill themselves. What's the confusion? You were both behaving toxic. He started it and triggered you. Riot doesn't care who started it.

you all have good points, typing the letters "kys" in chat after someone purposely screwed you is completely not ok. Those letters are so hurtful to people in first world countries with access to clean water, food, jobs, and shelter. from now on i too will take my jgler's buff at lvl 1 and report him for flaming me. Thanks for clearing this up for me, i had it all backwards sorry.
