Boosted?

Could be, could not be. Two seasons ago I didn't finish my placements but I probably would've placed in bronze. Last season I was placed Bronze 3 and after like 6 months of being hard stuck silver I finally made it to gold, found a really good duo and went all the way from Gold 5 to Plat 3 in like a month by playing only soraka (from **bronze to silver). You'd have to be checking specifically for the small details: Runes they used to take vs what they take now. Maybe their flash switched from F to D or they take ignite as top instead of teleport. Maybe they used to only play mages mid and now they randomly play a lot of zed. Sometimes, certain patches can really really really help a person.
