How Can One Claim That This Is Punishable Offense (3x games, not in one was I toxic.)

So heres the text, in Game 1 I am being flamed by bot and mid, in Game 2 our top went inting and in game 3 people were literally snoozing on bot lane I can fetch replay if you want.

So... Why did I get chat restriction for this, are you fo real? @RIOT

Your game 1 was certainly the worst but as an additional note:

Don't ask people to report and don't mention that you're going to report someone. Seriously, don't. There is no point to it other than to use the existence of the system to attack someone in chat. One report is all it takes for system to review chat.

You even acknowledged it, "my 1x report will get you all 3x banned".

chat spamming, being critical (you're helping no one), and calling names? sounds like a chat restriction to me. it'd be ridiculous if you got banned for it, but it definitely falls under "punishable"
