How Can One Claim That This Is Punishable Offense (3x games, not in one was I toxic.)

So heres the text, in Game 1 I am being flamed by bot and mid, in Game 2 our top went inting and in game 3 people were literally snoozing on bot lane I can fetch replay if you want.

So... Why did I get chat restriction for this, are you fo real? @RIOT

I can find no record of your threads being removed. It is not possible to move a thread, only delete.

Your thread was locked because, instead of taking the feedback Summoners gave you, you got aggressive and showed you had no intention to have constructive discussion. You were directed in the lock message where to contest that action.

Now Lets talk about the truth, Dear Chermorg i want you to read everything i said before and compare it to the (look below for a common generic as.shole summoner who believes she/he is superior for not talking in chat)

The difference between the Discussion thats closed and the Paragraph i wrote is obviously different, day and night different.....

I told him his fault's, i told him how to avoid it, i gave in and said something every riot summoner believes(your punishment system is a busted system) and told him hopefully future perspective, but after reading that Screen i posted and deleting my Paragraph fully when you could have just removed the link is a prime example of how unstable and how how much of a joke you are representing the RIOT company.

The people on the discsussion where all ass's who just insulted me not even giving any consideration or put in my situation are hte people you are agreeing with? because no one on that board had an answer where they said.... "Now lets think like this" but once again allllllllllllllll generic asshole answers.

NONE OF THESE ARE HELPFULL COMMENTS, SO HERES THE REAL QUESTION? WHY CLOSE THE DISCUSSION WHEN A MODERATOR COULD SAY

and in my many post's that i posted throughout the last 2 days, i have answered / tried to come to an understanding with the community but riot, and especially you Chermorg, dont even read what's being posted and understand a situation, your no better as a gaming nazi as i once recieved a penalty for saying on this forum, but Chermorg id like to tell you something... you will not see me on this forum unless i hear more then half of the lazy support players (Ticket base and forum base) are let go. so remove the comment, delete it, edit it, i dont care because it just proves a nazi regiment.

Your game 1 was certainly the worst but as an additional note:

Don't ask people to report and don't mention that you're going to report someone. Seriously, don't. There is no point to it other than to use the existence of the system to attack someone in chat. One report is all it takes for system to review chat.

You even acknowledged it, "my 1x report will get you all 3x banned".

Cos your definition of toxicity is different than what the community thinks.

Tardino and asperino will put you to moderate toxicity.

So you need to watch out for mild toxicity instead, which typically is the report calling/threatening, negative attitude such as claiming you want to ask, calling someone bad/noob are only a few to mention.

Do that over many many games, they'll still punish you as the system punishes based on consistency x severity.

I completely understand getting frustrated at teammates. I get frustrated too. I've slipped up and said shit too, I think I've even referred to someone as a crybaby before. But our anger doesn't magically justify that. When we say shit we shouldn't say, it's still shit we shouldn't have said, regardless of what other people have said to us. If somebody is triggering you that badly then you should learn to mute them and report them after the game.

Two wrongs do not make a right. But three lefts do.

It doesn't matter if other people harassed you, that doesn't give you free license to harass others. Last I checked calling someone a crybaby was very rude.

And you seemed to understand that simply threatening to 9x someone is bannable, since you threatened them with a ban based on that. How did you miss the connection that threatening anyone with bans is punishable?

You're right it is lame, but it's not your only choice. You could also choose to shape up your act or practice muting idiots who try to shit-talk you. So don't pretend like Riot is forcing you to act like a dick, that's entirely your choice if you go and do that. Take responsibility for yourself.

chat spamming, being critical (you're helping no one), and calling names? sounds like a chat restriction to me. it'd be ridiculous if you got banned for it, but it definitely falls under "punishable"
