Petition for a Chance to get my account back?

So a while ago, my account was banned for toxicity. Yes, I know it’s wrong, but I feel that getting my account banned for something I didn’t do doesn’t make any sense. I was getting elobooster, hungry for elo because I was bronze, and I met a booster online who offered it for free. Now, the first couple of chat restrictions, I wasn’t aware of, because I was, and still am, at school. I was getting boosted while at school so I can get a border. So when I go hit with a 2 week ban, I log in on the weekend like “what?” So I talk to him about it and he shows me a new app he got where it prevents him from typing. I im like, ok, and I let him keep going. Then, he gets a permaban, and tells me he did nothing wrong, and riot banned him for no reason. This isn’t fair, and now I lost an account in which my dad spen a lot of money on because of unfair treatment. I lied to my dad and I feel bad now because he doesn’t know that my account is banned, and I really want to tell him but I know he’s gonna be disappointed in me and I will get in trouble. I can show you my new account to prove I’m not mean, if any riot worker can help me I’ll be happy.
