"Request a Report" feature?

The premise is simple. At some pre-determined interval (every 3 months, etc) or a pre-determined behaviour level (on good standing, etc) or perhaps entirely different, should we be able to see a general outline of the good and bad reports against us?

The report outline would be simple. If you have 5 good teamwork reports and 10 griefing reports, then the outline would say just that. Any report against you would be marked and upon request you could see a detailed summary of your fairing in your matches.

Is this bad because it would enable griefers to tip-toe on the negative side or could it steer negative players to a more positive direction?
