Help Riot sos

I have been playing league for about four years and these past few month have been the absolute worst league experience I have ever had. I don't know what happened to this community but the toxic stupid people on this game are ruining it. Not to mention the absolutely handicapped system that somehow places these horrible ranks with complete divisions separating them. Riot you need to fix this asap cause I know for a fact that I'm not the only one tired of this bullshit and you'll probably be losing a lot of player because of these absurd issues.
