Wait timer removal appeal

I (LegioViginti) have been given 5 20minute wait timers and would like to request their removal on the basis of emergency circumstance my grandfather has had 3 surgeries consecutive weeks to remove cancer from his leg and the 3rd made him immobile and so I had to leave a game to go help him and league's system didn't give me a timer because I never leave games. since that time he has had 2 pulmonary embolisms (only abut 10% survival chance for 1) caused by blood clots breaking free from the wound into his bloodstream and entering his heart and I have had to leave 2 of my last 10 games to go when emergency changes occurred in the hospital and we thought he was going to die. now in my few moments of free time I have to wait through these timers when the circumstances made it unforeseeable that I would have to leave. whenever i explained in chat why i had to go i got a rousing amount of encouragement and sympathy from the players and i hope to get the same from whoever sees this. love the game enough i bought rp (ingame purchase is something i haven't ever done previously) and plan to contine playing regardless of your response keep up the good work LegioViginti Amumu

Sad to hear that about your grandfather. Still doubt you can get them removed though.

If you have to take care of someone that often, you need to find something else to play.

Something doesn't add up - I believe that you had issues with your grandfather and that you had to leave 2 of your past 10 games to go take care of him. However your first punishment would be a 5 minute wait time and not the 20 which is the max that's given.

My question then becomes - what happened in the games you had to leave to earn the 5 minute wait time, then left more and earned yourself a 10 minute wait time, then still didn't learn your lesson and managed to earn the 15 minute wait time?
