I feel like the amount of boosted animals this season has been ridiculous since the introduction of Dyn Q. If Dyn.Q is going to stay, then so is the rampant boosting that's going on. Rito is going to need better tools to detect and ban abusers.
Preferably something that can detect them much faster, I can't imagine how actual diamond players must have felt dealing with this guy before his mmr tank.

the tl:dr was "we all need to stop play dynamic Q especially the support players. Q times will go up to infinity and riot has to get rid of that shit feature that nobody wants"
In ranked, you can only play with certain people. I don't remember where this was said though but here's an EXAMPLE.
"Gold 5+ can't play with Bronze players. Plat 1+ can't play with Gold 2 or below. All plat and diamond players can play with each other. Challenger's can play with Diamond 1 and other Challengers."
Again, that's just an EXAMPLE!
So, because those who are ranked can only play with others within their rank plus some, it's a little hard to truly get boosted without letting someone play your account for you.
My rise to bronze 2, it all started when my little brother introduced me to LOL. I soon realized how much time this game took from my life, and the amount of hatred bottled up in side me, I was placed in bronze 5 and mostly solo queued to b2 and here I am attempting to hit silver. I suck :p one day ill dream of being with you diamonds Xp

they have always been boosting to diamond the climb for a legit player as ive heard especially after the hard reset last year is brutal
