Last game I played looked like this: 5 minutes into the game and the league client decided to remove ALL sounds and music, which didn't bother me much, but later i got massive FPS drops up to 4 FPS (usually its solid 40 FPS). At that point i decide to reconnect. As i exit the client it froze up and i had to force shut down my PC to close it. When i reconnected, my team was losing the match, but it ended up to be a win for my team. In the post game screen i got a message that i got placed into the lower priority queue (20 minutes) note that i haven't been toxic or negative so there is that ''unfairness''

Yup Riot doesn't know how to control their own community.. good game, awful community.

You usually don't get 20 min queue from a single problem. Have you tried repairing or reinstalling your client?

i get that sound issue sometimes too. i notice it occures if you're alt tabbing while the game is trying to load. try not doing that.

Low priority queue doesn't punish for being toxic.

It punishes for not taking proper care of ones gaming gear, and subsequently AFKing (it doesn't matte rif its unintentional, the result for your team is the same).

The installation is working fine without such issues for a 100 million players. So whatever caused the problem you faced, is on your end of things.

to get 20 min leaver buster queue (highest punishment), you either must be constantly AFKing or getting technical problems.

If it is constant technical problems, please reach out to support.riotgames.com for technical support.

If not, STOP AFKING YOUR GAMES.

Sounds like your pc/internet sucks. You will have to fix that because you will get leaverbustered and people will report you if you AFK on them. League isn't out to punish people who don't do this on purpose, but has to so they can stop the people who do.
