Perma Ban Toxicity , 1 Game not really toxic :S ?

Alright so I just got out of a game I lost and was instantly permabanned. Now a couple of things I want to mention,

I have been banned before and I realize what it takes to get banned and the limit of your aggressive language . In this case I feel like I didn't cross the threshold of language that could be deemed as ban worthy ? I talked to my team and kept it cool I didn't flame or rage . Most of what you will see is conversational speech; me communicating with my team and responding to statements they were making to me. One in particular, 'Nice bans' that was made towards me. That statement was made towards me because enemy had picked up god tier champ tank picks (cho , maolkai and naut) so my ally ad was frustrated in which you can find my response below . Now the only thing I can tell you that was unnecessary and negative was when I wrote ' IN ALL CHAT TO THE ENEMY TEAM ' BRAINDEAD COMP' ; because they had picked the op god champs and camped my line . I was frustrated but it was bm not flame , I didn't flame the enemy team I merely made a statement and they responded with some bm banter as well . Further more the evidence provided for the justification for my perma ban was the one game I have posted below, that is because ever since my 2 week ban I have kept it positive and sportsmanlike in every game ; I was scheduled to recently re receive my honor level this is evident in my spike of game play and stats as well as honors received, since my 2 week ban ended (almost 2 weeks ago) I had climbed from g5 to g2 promos . Why? Because I was playing well and keeping it clean with my team mates and enemies , my cass win rate spiked to 65% at peak with a 3.3 kda . I feel like this ban was extensive and not right . There it is, anyway I have a habit of typing out a half sentence and hitting enter before typing the rest of the half in game; Im starting to think excessive typing is what got be banned which isn't justified seems like the ban system takes into account how many words you type which is sily but just my two cents)

Ive said what I had to say . Just honestly quite baffled the post ban proof system for some reason only displays your communicating text and not others to make you look worse; hence makes it harder to appeal and fight back wrong bans sigh . It is what it is .

I've read through a LOT of chat logs and "I don't deserve this" threads and if this really is all that's on that chat logs then this really doesn't seem that bad.

Is it the nicest and friendliest? No, but I wouldn't really go so far as to say this was toxic and that this game at least shouldn't really be punishable.

Am I in the minority here?

I'll head through the chat log to point out the things the IFS may have flagged as negative. If there are a lot of lines flagged as negative, or if there's nothing except negativity, the IFS becomes more likely to punish.

Complaining about the champs someone is playing is considered negative. The past can't be changed, so there's no way to swap champions, so talking about it at this point is useless.

I'm not sure what's happening here. It looks like you're getting sucked into an argument. Arguments are flagged as negative because the time spent reading/thinking up responses/finding a warded brush to safely type it/typing would be better spent playing the game.

Yeah, you're getting sucked into the argument. Arguments also tilt many people. It makes many feel like their own team is the enemy, rather than the opponents.

Here's the fruit of all that. You're angry that your team isn't doing anything to help you. Later, when the twitch is asking for help, you don't want to help him either, because the argument broke down the trust between you. A team that does all it can for each other; ward, ping, peel, follow up, ect is much stronger, and much more likely to win than a team that sees each death, poor trade, lost objective, ect as 'what that jerk deserves'. That's why participating in arguments is considered negative by the IFS.

That looks like caustic sarcasm. I've heard that the IFS can identify sarcasm, but also sarcasm is difficult for real people, so maybe flagged, maybe not.

Criticizing a made mistake is flagged as toxic. The past can't be changed. To avoid being flagged, phase it focusing on the future, "Next fight, try to focus Akali and Cait"

When someone is toxic, it's best to mute and report after the game. Responding to toxicity is flagged as negative.

Muting is a private decision, just like reporting. Either do it or don't do it, that's your choice. Bringing it up in chat is flagged as negative.

The more you type, it does feel like the IFS is more likely to punish. But, one minorly negative line in a half hour game isn't very impactful. A ton of lines that's minorly negative casts a pall over the whole game.

It only shows your comms because you're only punished for the things you type. If the things you type look bad on their own, it's probably because they look bad. A mud streaked face looks pretty good in a leper colony, but even at Walmart, most of the people have taken a bath in the last week.

I don't understand why my post is being downvoted ? The point is to get people to see it so I can get a fair judgement and feedback ? Down voting my post because you like to surf forums and pretend youre a pretentious riot employee unleashing your non existent ban hammer only defeats the purpose of even using this thread .

It's never one game that defines your ban, but a series of reports from players for consistently bad behavior. This is just the one game/report that pushed you over the edge. You had it coming and didn't even know it.

For future accouts just download keytweaks and disable both your enter keys. Problem solved.

Read throughout the chat logs. I do agree with you. The chat displayed was very conversational and was not really toxic. "brain dead comp" was used in a conversational jokingly sense and I can see that. I believe that this was a false flag.

Did you just get off a 14 day ban? * edit I just reread the part about getting off a 14 day ban two weeks ago.

Also please don't edit the logs.( i know your just adding explanations however it is not needed and makes it look edited)

While there is some negativity it doesn't seem too severe. I will say that if you are this way in EVERY game i could see it eventually escalating punishments.

if you are 14 day banned, you are on a very tight leash after that, thats the reason why you got banned also dont explain what you are doing in game it does not apply to a ban process
