The penalty system and "Reportable Behavior" pages are out of date and missing information.

I was recently reported for "spamming" gg in chat as the rest of my team flammed me and was basically egging me on to retaliate. I wasn't doing too well and was told I was "inting". I brought this up to a support assistant and was told that my behavior was reportable as I had "spammed" g in chat and it was against ToU. I proceeded to tell him that it didn't make sense as it wasn't on the support page that I'm sure more people will look at and read than ToU. I'd also like to make the statement that the penalties are very harsh for new players and escalate quickly. I %100 believe that I should not get the same type of penalty as someone who flammed all game for "spamming gg multiple times in chat". It doesn't call for the same penalty and it is in 1 place stated that it is against the "rules" to spam. Thus it is a very hard topic to find and work around. I had no clue that it was reportable because it wasn't a reportable behavior in the post-game screen and it isn't on the support page under reportable behavior.

Actually, I think most new players read either the Terms of Use.. or at least the Summoner's Code - given that both of those are linked prominently on the new account page and in client.

The Summoner's Code makes explicitly clear that things that detract from the game (such as repetitive spam) are punishable.

Further, spamming "gg", unless at the very end of the game, is usually seen as either taunting and/or negativity - both of which in large amounts are punishable behavior on their own, even without spam.

What's really funny on that page is that not only are they client screenshots that haven't been relevant for years (morgana support is actually a thing nowadays and can work), up until a few weeks ago it still had incorrect information about how reports were weighted, something which hasn't been a thing since the IFS went online years back!

There's no option to report clubnames. It goes without saying that if you add a feature where players can input whatever they want into a field that you should have some way to report that if you're going to have reporting based on chat.
