If someone says no to a remake, then immediately afks themself I feel like they should be punished

for more than just afk. However, there aren't any options for that and riot support doesn't seem to like answering questions like this. Hence, the post. What do you think? I feel like there should be some kind of more general "trolling" report option (though if we use that name it's probably not going to be used as intended)
