I am banned for no reason

Let me just say this first this is my first ban ever and I am a gamer from my age 6 and now I am 25 year's old. One more thing for all people that will say read the TOS, I have read it and I understand it. I will have to say sorry to all of you because English native language so I am sorry if I mess up. I am making this discussion because I think I was banned for no reason.

I have been banned for "MMR Boosting" this is my ban:

1: 2 week suspension from League of Legends has been placed 2: Previous seasons' ranked rewards have been removed (skins, icons, borders) 3: Disqualification of any 2017 season ranked rewards

Let me give you some back story first so you will better understand my situation. I have been playing League of Legends from season 2 and have never been banned for similar reasons (or any reasons). I am a hard core PvP player (my current rank is d5/d4) and I like the challenges that come with this type's of a game's ( that is why I play them right ?that is why all of us play them ?).For this reason I find this ban really offensive. I would never give some one other to play on my account EVER first of all because I have a lot of skin, and champion on it that I have worked hard to get and second of all is because my rank is why I and only I play on my account the challenges that I face when I play ranked game's is why I am still playing this game and I would never let some else play on my account because I would not trust them to do well. As you can see in the link (http://eune.op.gg/summoner/userName=MasterVanix) every season I am trying to get better in season 2 I was silver in season 3 I was (silver 1) in season 4 I was gold and in season 5 I was platinum in season 6 I was diamond (5) and in this season ( season 7) I was diamond(4). So little by little I am setting up my goal's and I am getting there (every season) you can see how did I develop as a player. And then they come and ban me for "MMR Boosting" I would be more then grate full if some of you could go on my profile and tell me when I was boosted what are the games that I was boosted on ? One more thing when I asked them "Riot support" why have I been banned what have I done wrong, this is what they had to say. This two e-mail's.

FIRST ONE: " Hello MasterVanix,

Your suspension was only issued after an extensive investigation was run to ensure your involvement in MMR boosting. As explained in the email you received in response to your suspension, the following actions have been taken on your account:

-A two-week suspension has been issued to your account. -All previous Season rewards (Victorious skins, borders, season icons, season and Honor ward skins) have been stripped from your account. -You are ineligible for any 2017 Season ranked or Honor rewards

While you may feel that this punishment is too harsh, please realize that having accounts boosted, for whatever reason, ruins the spirit of League of Legends competitive play. While you are ineligible for any rewards in the 2017 Season, this does not disqualify you for anything pertaining to the 2018 Season. Keep in mind that if you have any future involvement in MMR boosting, your account will be permanently suspended.

"Who will fortune favor today?" " And after this one I was not lazy and I tried to ask them can they give me some one to speak with that have made this "extensive investigation" can they give me any proof's of my account being used my the other person. So I asked them to show me what have I done wrong so I don't do it again so my account will not get permanently suspended. And this is what they had to say.

I'm really sorry about this situation and I certainly do understand your frustration, but unfortunately there is nothing I can do since your account has been carefully investigated and clear signs of MMR boosting have been observed.

Keep in mind that account sharing of any kind is also against the Terms of Use. You are responsible for all activity on your account, so be sure to keep your account information to yourself.

We won't be able to go into the specifics of an account's MMR Boost, as divulging this information could compromise future investigations.

"The bird is the word" " So in the other words they are banning me for on reason and taking all of my rewards. With out any proof given to me if this is justice so be it but I think it is not so I am asking you the people that will read this to comment on this and tell me what did I do wrong.

Its really difficult for us to help you mainly because we have little information to go by. First off we only have so much information that is public. So we can only review match history and even then that might not help. Of that though we could be able to see signs of foul play. One is usually playing champions you've never played before but doing god-like with them. Especially on champions that require time to learn seems very fishy. Then there are things like changing your summoner spells. Those is a good indicator that something is up because usually its kept the same, or always changing. If its only changes when you play rank couple with the statement i said above helps at least us know that something is up.

Now like i said that is for public information. Riot has other information that they cannot make public for obvious reasons. They probably log every single IP you have ever logged into, and if something seems like you living in say California and the system states you logged into Europe, or the other side of the US in just a couple of mins/hours would seem that you either got your account compromised or you are giving your information to someone to play.

Again though this is all speculation. They probably have other types of information to help find that it is actually you playing on your account, but like i said they wont give out that information since it would compromise valuable information!

Your best bet is to contact Support and keep contacting them till someone actually looks into the account. It sucks, but it is what it is. So many people lie about this like this, and while its hard to tell if you are lying, i try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. If you arent lying the system would show it and someone would need to look at it again. Mistakes can be made, but if you are lying Riot will know.

They OP this may mean nothing I could be Completely wrong. Don't take what I say here as any but a guess okay?

The second response mentioned letting players use your account, I didn't see that in the first support ticket.

Did you let anyone play or give out your info? Take a good look at your game history and go back for awhile, did a relative or friend play. I'm not accusing you of it, I also could be very wrong sorry. GL
