Okaaay, so I got suspended for 2 weeks for writing 'kys' on a co-op game, to an annoying guy that wouldn't let me play in peace. Later, after realizing that that was insensitive, I apologized. He said it was cool, and we proceeded to play. Why did I still get suspended? What should I have done exactly??? Built him a monument?? Baked him a ˝Sorry that you're a belligerent twat, but regardless, don't kill yourself ˝ cake?

People tell me that every other game, and I never see them getting banned. I've never really had problems with my teammates, probably because I usually keep to myself, and don't say shit even if should. Good luck with your cancerous community Rito. I applaud you. clap clap clap

I don't know how this is the community's fault that you wrote "kys", in a bot game no less. People are punished for that on a. Consistent basis.

How is it not? The community is full of players that verbally and mentally attack people, and when one bites back, and even ApologizeS she gets suspended...

If you're toxic in any way and even if you apologize, you're faulty at some point. There is no acceptable reasons to tell someone to go kill himself. Period. The punishment may be hard according to some people, but you still deserve a sanction.

Using that logic, if you were banned right now for something you did/said a few games ago, even if you are a reformed man at this time and day. (And I highly doubt you've never done something that would get you banned) That would be okay because "you were at fault at some point".

don't listen to them im pretty sure they get / and say tons of insult by them friends in real life, other wise they are more sensitive in internet don't mind weak men, just accept the rules and move on. Also contact the support this chat is not worthy for a punishment. good luck.

No answer needed, thanks anyway. It was more of a rhetorical/sarcastic question fueled by the know-it-all gentlemen (asshats) a few replies up. I'll stay away from the game for the duration of the punishment.

*Just a note for everyone else, I'm tired of this thread and will no longer return to it. So you can save your time and braincells and hopefully do something productive.

Sharing accounts is an instant permaban, so I probably wouldn't do that if I were you.

"Sharing accounts" covers all manner of one person using another's account, not just actual sharing.

If you're caught playing on his account, it'll get banned.

That's how it works. You got banned for what you said. It doesn't matter if you're reformed, you did something toxic. Now's the payback.

Keep in mind that you get sanctioned for repeatedly breaking the summoner code, a single game isn't enough for you to get a ban.

What you should have done was not told him to kill himself. HE may have forgiven you, but that language is offensive and problematic to more than just the individual it was directed at, and someone else in the game was clearly not okay with that behavior. It's also a zero-tolerance behavior, meaning it is aggressively punished when identified.

You don't see every punishment that goes out. I'll admit that part of the system could use more transparency, but just because you don't see a punishment message doesn't mean one wasn't applied.

And had it been something like "you idiot" I'd agree with you.

"Sorry" doesn't really make up for asking a player to end their own life though. That's a pretty serious thing to tell someone, and not one that is easily brushed off in League.

Is that the complete set of the logs Riot gave you?

An another note people might be more respective of your thread if you don't say things like...( can't quote the opening statement ).

If I called you that on this thread it would almost certainly net a removal at least. I happen to understand why your using it as an example, in game they may not.

So, are these your only and full chat logs, either way it's the proper punishment by Riots TOS.

Yeah, I understand the venting part on the boards.

Some may disagree with me about this being the place to vent. Lol I've said before if you can't bitch here then where. Also, I did say I understood the reason you said...ummm being nice here bake a cake.

Here's the thing if you want to give me a chance, if you had just said that " twat " and cake in game you might not even have been reported. And if you did get reported for it, W/O the kys you might be sitting with a warning or a small chat restrict.

The vast majority of players find it very wrong as I do...we can agree to disagree about that...here is the thing I want you and others to get. Now at a 14 day almost Any valid report can send you to a permanent ban, so take care.

Good news is you can work your account to a good standing. And, I wish you Good Luck with this.

This is getting to long so last point, saying your sorry is nice and might be considered by Riot via a ticket. But it can be easily used as an excuse to say it by others. Send in a ticket and see what happens. Let us know what happens please. GL, friend

Thank you. I completely agree. It was wrong for me to say that and it was in the heat of the moment, I sent in a ticket but I'll gladly just suck up the punishment. I'll stick to ignoring the chat from now on to avoid getting into trouble.
