permanently banned for one toxic game

I was permanently banned because I was toxic in two games. I was 100% toxic in the first game. I will accept any punishment for it. but in the second game I didn't swear once and although I was sarcastic I was within the league language rules. this is unfair because It was only one game and I should be PERMANENTLY BANNED for one really toxic game. everybody has bad days. I shouldn't be permanently banned for just the one game. this is the game I was not toxic in at all but was punished for. the other game has to harsh language to post about but it mainly contained the n word and the f word along with fggt and calling people stupid. is considered harassment and is reportable, even if you made it as a joke others may not take it as one. they may have added this chat log for extra context dont see too much that is bad in this but its not that good either

i like how you even say you used f... n.. and then dont post the chatlog of it. racial and homophobic slurs really often result in a instant perma ban because riot doesnt tollerate those. those dont have anything to do with a bad they. they are a sign of a lack of selfcontrol respect or just a sign of racism

As already mentioned, racism and hate speech can very well result in a escalation to a permanent ban, even if it's just one game.

Also, something that's worth mentioning is even if you only received two games worth of chat logs does not necessarily mean that those are the only two games that contributed to your punishment. The system is designed to send you 1-3 of the more recent games that lead to your punishment, it's not an extensive list of everything that you have done wrong. There very well could be more games that contributed to your punishment that weren't sent to you.
