Wrongfully Banned for ... ?

So, last week I decided I wanted to play some league after being done with my midterms, i thought why not? I called my friend and asked him if hed want to do a sort of lan party (He lives 2 miles away from me, we hang a lot). Long story short my laptop died and I forgot my charger at home, so I borrowed his laptop to play normals while he went into my room to pick up my charger. While I was playing a my second normal game with another friend, I suddenly get disconected to realize that my account was banned. I seriously thought to myself: WHAT?. So, a few minutes later i get an email explaining the situation. Apparently I was banned for "MMR Boosting". Which I mean its the dumbest reason to ban me for, Ive never ever shared my account, nor been boosted (Mind you been playing since s1, achieving gold/plat in every season but the last one). I have over 700 games played on gold. So I place myself in contact with riot support and exchange comunications back and forth with them (which btw seems like speaking to a wall), and I get the following message:

" I'm (rioter name removed for privacy) and I'm part of the Riot Support team. Our system has accurate evidence that your account was in violation of our Terms of Use due to the usage of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs in the game. After I double checked your account, it doesn't look like this was a mistake.

For security purposes on our investigative methods, I will not be sharing more detailed evidence or specific details. We will not be lifting the ban on this account under any circumstances. "

Suddenly I am now an scripter, yay ! </s> Riot really needs to make up their mind and accept that their system bans unfairly players (happened to many others even imaqtpie a few weeks ago on stream). I really do not understand why cant i get a definitely answer. And yes I know its just a two week ban, I could easily wait out the time (I have two more smurf accounts), but I refuse to let matters rest when I am 100% confident that neither of these two violations were done on my account. I hope this issue gets solved, and opens a path for other players in the same or similar situation as me.

Attached are the screenshot of my two smurf accounts ( leveled 1-30 by me) and are currently the same (and higher) rank than my main account.

I think it's kinda stupid that they issue the punishment yet don't give you the proof that they supposedly have.

I mean if they said they have evidence of the scripting they should provide it, because it's happened before where people were wrongly punished for "hacks" when they never did anything.

Like, if I were to get banned in 2 weeks for whatever reason, let's say toxicity (I've never been punished for that irl) I'd like them to at least share what got me banned.

Sometimes people don't even know what they are using is considered hacking or bad third party stuff, so at least by telling you what it was you know that you can't use it again. People usually have to come to the boards to learn that some of the stuff they thought was safe to use actually isn't, because they got banned and Riot won't tell them what specifically got them banned

If you're gonna be kicked out for a week because of something that was used at least tell you what it was so it's gone and you know not to use it by the time you got back, especially when you're not even sure what it was in the first place.

It does seem a bit odd that they would give two different reasons, switching from MMR Boosting to violation through scripting, hacks, third-party. I don't suppose you are using any sort of program on your computer that allows you to run any of the custom skins are you? Some of those are actually banned programs, and can result in a ban if you're caught using them. But again, I don't see how they would classify that as MMR Boosting in the initial card.

Maybe you were banned for impersonating a pro and thus got confused?

the scripting probably was cos you logged onto your friend's account which had a script on it.

I mean I understand but as far as I know theyd just ask me to change names if that were the case (impersonating someone) and Id be willing to change it if asked by riot. I dont think it had any scripts as he no longer plays that much league anymore, he has used different account on the same computer and has not been banned as well.
