So I was ADC and my Support picked Jhin, started Doran's Blade and stole all my farm. He played like he was the ADC. I sent a ticket to support to ask if this is allowed (if so then that's stupid).

TequilaZombie1 votesTanky CS thingie so you can survive early levels and get some gold going. After level 4 you should be able to 1v1 the adc and snowball.
If you snowball go for dmg, if you don't, build juggernaut items. In the off chance you actually fall behind, build like a tanky support would.

...... I am so curious if this would actually work... I don't think anyone has ever tried a tanky adc sup before because normally you want to build tanky on champs that have a little bit of base tankiness. ADC's usually don't have all that much tankiness as they level up so I wouldn't think it would work to well... However there are items you could build like Zzrot witch could come in handy... idk I'm kinda thinking it could work now lol... Not necessarily a great pick but you know it could still work.

This confused me a little. To make it clear, I'm talking J4 support, not as an adc.
But it works well enough with his over the top early game damage. Pair him with an early game ADC or someone who can snowball really hard and you have a decent (if not downright strong) bot lane.
To complement, he has armor shred so his ADC can deal more damage.

Hmm ya but I wonder if instead of building tanky if you could get other items that could make him more useful. For example allot of supports will build items like 
To heal allies who are caught by cc, however building this on jhin would be kind of odd lol but ZZRot might not be unreasonable,
