I was 14 day banned for this?

Why riot, why. I was toxic in two games so i stopped because i know i had got off a 25 game previously, and really didnt want a ban. Why was this included towards my banning? In the 10 and 25 game chat bans it was 3 games that triggered the punishment, this should not count towards one of the 3 for my 14 day this is ridiculous.

When i saidfeelsbadman my blue got sniped, When i said niceu we got 2 kills, when i said ayy lmao outcsing the top laner it was their top laner. If i am banned because i told the trynd he can be banned for report calling which he can, why did i get banned for reiterating the rules. Thoughts?

Because Riot wants to impose an environment where they control how people behave even if it negatively impacts the game.

Bans dont happen for one game. They happen over a period of games.

This. My chat log had only one game where the only toxic thing I said was "kys", as banter to my friend.

One game, because hundreds don't fit. When I queued up with this guy, we used the word as if it was a comma.

Im aware, and i know i was toxic in 2 and didnt want to trigger a ban so i tried to not be toxic in my games, and wasnt for a period of about 40then thsi happened

The games they show you are giving you an overview of your chat, to show you examples of chat that is punishable.

The first two that you're not disputing are showing you the worst side of yourself. This game is showing that even when you're not being the worst, you're still spending most of your chat being negative towards people.

These lines are all negative. If you mute someone, keep that information to yourself. It has no place in chat. 5 lines waving around the fact that you muted him, and one line bringing up an argument from earlier.

That is 10 lines of text which likley took no more than 30 seconds to type. How is that all negative? the tilted so inting is the only negative thing, me explaining a rule isnt negative or toxic, im literally explaining a rule. I think what you said here hold pretty low value...

I haven't been banned yet for telling people I am muting or turning off my entire chat and pings, sometimes it gets to the point where people are just abusing pings spamming them, or using them improperly, along with people who argue, or get toxic for X Reason in the game so I just say it turn off my chat and pings and go about the game let them be toxic among themselves.

Otherwise you have to see it as if they don't know you turned off your chat they are going to keep trying to talk to you the entire game and wonder why you are not saying anything or doing anything they ask and that can also be reported from what I understand.

Well, telling someone you're muting them is pretty similar to calling someone an idiot once. It's still considered toxic, but it's below the level that would lead to a punishment if that was the only negative thing in the chat.

Lack of communication is punishable only if you're running an alternate strategy that requires teamwork to have a chance at success. (Example: Benny Hill Bard. Strategy is leave your botlane solo, run through jg getting chimes, use creative pathing, magical journey, and movespeed items to make it take a long time for the enemies to catch and kill you, this also distracts their jg from getting farm [hopefully]. Win conditions are: have your team get objectives in the meantime or hit lategame carry status with 90+ chimes. Without communication your team will think you are inting, and will play passively to minimize losses, with communication there is a chance that the strat can work. [not a good strat])

You will never be punished for muting someone or even muting the whole team and their pings.

In this case, he publicly muted and insulted the player. Then he kept reminding the player that they were muted and that information was already available, so it's only possible use was to harass the player.

That was one of the 3 :D. The other 3 were pretty toxic, but most of it was taken out of context and just looks toxic without looking at the game. Kinda sucks, but its 2 weeks.

your title said "I was 14 day banned for this" and you cherry-picked the least toxic one while hiding the other 2. The topic title is very dishonest and misleading... (emphasizing "for this")

I said the other 2 were toxic, not enough to warrant a ban on their own this was the tipping point and its ridiculous this tipped it over. This was also the last game played in the order, so yes, i was banned, for this.

My point is THIS is not the ONLY caused for your ban. It doesn't matter how mild this log is. It is simply part of what contribute to your toxic meter and simply what triggered the final ban review. The other 2 games could be what filled up your toxic meter to nearly full.

It is like you committed 2 assault cases previously, but never got caught. Then you got arrested for stealing a pack of gum and your 2 assault cases came into light. You are telling people to judge you ONLY for stealing a pack of gum and pretend like the 2 assault cases never happened.

Post your other 2 chat logs and ask people to judge all 3 of them as a whole (because this is how Rito's review works. It judged ALL your toxic games as a whole, not just this one). It's very shady to hide the other 2 and pretend like they didn't happen and THIS is the ONLY caused for your ban.

I said the other 2 were toxic how do people not know how to read that lol, what im saying is that it takes 3 so the fact that this is one of the is rediculos. I should be on thin ice for a 14 day ban right now, with one more toxic game doing it, not on a 14 day right now.

It does not take 3. You are shown 3 SAMPLES. Not the only 3 that add to the total toxic meter.

You are never going to believe me because your are very very very close minded, but i was toxic in 3 games. You can call bs and all and be your close minded self, but it was 3 games and this is 1/3 of my 14 day ban. That is rediculos and i shouldnt get banned if this is 1/3 of the material required for it.

If you think you shouldn't have been banned for your comms, post your entire chat log. Don't cherry pick one game. Full context is necessary.

If you don't want to post your entire chat logs, that's fine, but understand you will never get anyone to agree with you without them.

That right there was more toxic than in any of my games lol, you just wished harm to me for no reason. I didnt lie, that was one of the 3 games that got me banned and the fact that the game shown here was part of it is rediculos

If something looks toxic without the context, it is going to be toxic with context.

Ex: If you call someone a degenerate who needs to be gunned down in the street, it doesn't matter if it was an inting malphite. You just report and move on

If i say in team chat ayy lmao outcsing the top laner and its the enemy top laner how is that toxic. without context it seems toxic to my team, with context its just saying something to the team to raise morale. i dont get how this is seen toxic enough for ban, even without context.
