I recently submitted a ticked in an attempt to appeal a perma ban on my account. Is there anyone who has had success with this are there any people who haven't been successful but aren't giving up? please share your thoughts and experiences! I would like to read them also I came across a post with information about being able to level ones account to 20 after a perma ban without any incidents and you'd be able to get your account back but it had a 2% success rate. Does anyone know if there is a reason beyond the success rate that it was removed or is it still possible to take riot up on this offer?

The program that Riot attempted many years ago to get one's perma-banned account back was a total failure---the success rate was really all that mattered with regard to that issue. Players just didn't reform, despite promising they would. Most people who are toxic, stay toxic, most players who are not will rmain not. Keep in mind the key word here is "most" which implies a majority but not an entirety. A two percent success rate---and I'm not even sure it was that high---is not justification for giving people yet another opportunity to get their account back.

In the 'old days' you had 5 chances (or more), a warning email, a one day, three day, seven day and 14-day suspension, in some cases additional 14-day suspensions would be utilized before a permanent ban.

If your account was permanently suspended, you will not get it back, period. Riot is unwavering on this issue. There have even been occasions where they made a legitimate mistake but kept the account permanently suspended---I'll leave it at that as it's old news now.

In any event, I'd recommend just leveling a new account.

Bans are rarely overturned. I think the support singed and nunu cases overturned bans but i don't remember if those were permas.

I only play bots and ARAMs, but no you probably can't get your permaban appealed. They only reverse bans if they found the ban was issued erroneously.
