I got permanently banned due to a really bad skarner. I told the skarner that he wasn't to good as well but I got banned for this. Can I get help? Are you also able to be refunded everything you bought?

Chat logs. Plus, even in extreme toxicity situation, like with homophobia or racism, that goes to 14 day, and then the next ban is permanent.

It is fraud. He got what he paid for. He used it in a way that was described in the manuals as something that can break what he bought. He broke it. Refunding it now is fraud.

When you do a chargeback, youre legally stating it wasnt you who made the purchase, and therefore have the right to a refund on the purchase (because it wasnt you). Being that the OP admits he did in fact make the purchases, and that he agreed to the terms that all RP purchases are final, this does constitute as fraud.

You're going to have to provide your chat log, too may people have come through here saying the same things you did but lying about their innocence, so nobody here is going to trust you until you prove your innocence. Post your chat logs if you want anybody here to even consider siding with you.
