It's almost been a year, can I please have my account back?

I was permabanned almost a year ago. Since then I have actually played with not one but TWO riot employees who gifted me RP for being so cool and relaxed. I submitted many trouble tickets just to get told I have to spend money on a new account (basically) because permabanned are set in stone( even though they aren't) and I've made forums apologizing to the community for acting the way I did and to talk about how to improve player behavior in general.

I have over 2 years of time and atleast $20 from every paycheck invested into this account.

It's almost been a year and I've had many positive reviews and honors from teammates. I'm asking riot to please restore my account.

Actually, they are. The only time Riot will lift a permanent ban on an account is if it was given in error. If the punishment was not an error, then it will not be lifted.

permanent [pur-muh-nuh nt]

adjective

  1. Existing perpetually; everlasting, especially without significant change.
  2. Intended to exist or function for a long, indefinite period without regard to unforeseeable conditions: a permanent employee; the permanent headquarters of the United Nations.

You'll be happier if you just move on... Take good care of the account you have now.

Wow you should never apologize to the community to trolls and trash, they won't care and neither will the developers because they just want you to kow tow to them, thats what is wrong with gaming today! This isn't a community, its a MOBA, and they have no place in trying to rehabilitate people for behavior, thats stupid. Just get your money back and start another account, thats all you can do short of suing them for the purchased items you paid for. Commerce laws override terms okay. Its probably not worth it to hire a lawyer, and from what I can tell Riot is pretty relaxed on perma bans and suspensions, you can get away with a lot before actaully being banned. Also just don't say anything in game, do it before or after the game, because that counts the most.

Good luck buddy, I hope this gives you some insight, and hopefully Riot will stop banning people because it does nothing to change anyone's behavior for the positive, and might even create more trolls.

Permaban... It only means permaban..

Why are you better than others players permabanned? You are just the same.

That account is dead

Lawyer up and sue riot for your money back, maybe they will prefer just to pay it back instead of the hussel with the sue..

permabans are as their description says. PERMANENT.

in other words. 1 day, a year, a decade, a century. you'll NEVER get it back.

Sorry man. Nothing else to say, just enjoy your other account, try to be less toxic and all. It's hard honestly not to badmouth. (Yeah I know just don't type) and I know, bad mouthing gets you nowhere, you are insulting a teammate and you are both trying to win the game.

We are just used to telling people off in other games.
