you mean so you don't see it? therefore not voting. Therefore making the surrender vote USELESS.
Muting surrender vote is the same thing as deleting it.
What you're asking is for the removal of the surrender vote.
Which must never happen.
when you are going to kill someone,and then the tilted guy starts a surrender vote that nobody wants but the windows appear right on enemy champion making impossible for you clicking on him and dying for that...
am i the only that experienced this tilting situation? 
FIY you can move the little vote windows past a side of your screen the first time it pops up, i do that in ranked and since i have my chat reduced at like 30% i don't really see other votes after one pops up.
This script is the same stupidity as the "accept" counter.
If one person declined you dont need to wait the entire timeframe until its passed to continue.. same with the surrender.. if its yes-no-no; the script should be able to auto abort instead of just blocking your screen.. 2 no -> denied.. end of story
