Does reporting players in ARAM have potential consequences in ARAM like it does in SR?

Just wondering if it actually does anything at all.

Short answer; yes.

Slightly longer answer; reporting in any mode, even in custom matches, is looked at and used for moderation.

Custom matches don't carry any penalties with them for actual gameplay though. You can still be reported for toxic speech, but it's been mentioned that things like afk'ing and quitting aren't punished unless it's a matchmade mode.
