How on earth is this as bad as what other people do and I receive a 14 day ban.. yeah, you were kind of a dick and deserved that. my reform card when i got 14 day ban was very similar. no serious stuff, no hate speech, just generic bm and being a cocky asshole.

no offence, but yea, you're being a cocky asshole lol

but it's ok! been there too. you'll be fine as long as you stop flaming. after 3 months or so, i got a message in the client saying my account status has improved, so if i went back to being a cocky asshole again i wouldn't get a permaban right away (unless it was really bad)

2 week ban is really a slap on the wrist. stop being a dick in game, yell things out loud, PM your friends about how bad your team is instead of telling your team, move the chat box off screen, mute your entire team, listen to music, whatever works for you

tbh it takes some getting used to.. but i find i'm winning more anyways now that im not bitching at everyone all game bc they want to impress the guy that keeps telling them GJ, instead of the guy that keeps calling them a noob and telling them to go fuck themselves

Hey LegenedaryBooty,

Punishments are typically dealt in order of 4 tiers;

  • 10 game chat restriction
  • 25 game chat restriction
  • 14 day account ban
  • Permanent account ban

Except in extreme cases such as hate speech and death threats, your punishment will go one step at a time. The offenses that triggered the punishment don't really matter, because if you are reported for it consistently enough they'll eventually add up to the next punishment. It takes 3 months for your tier to drop down one step. I gather you had a 25 game chat restriction prior to this recently?

Since I've gone over why this particular punishment was given instead of a lesser one, let me know if you're unsure why these were reportable offenses.
