@Riot, can something be done about leavers/afkers

when you get a leaver/afker you cant dodge so you lose 3-5 lp, you have to stay for 20 minutes getting pub stomped and lose 15-25 lp instead. it just really annoys me that i have to sit around until the 20 minute mark to surrender. Even if you are somehow winning the enemy will almost always be a higher level then you so you have constant waves pushing your towers, that makes a 4v5 come back rather hard with all minions at your towers. sorry if English is bad
