what wrong with this terme of use

guys olz listen to my story . i was playing in a gaming club and my friend as behind me so i tohught he saw my password i immeditly went to support so i can change my password because i forget my email password then guess what happen support just perma banned me for what because.... i'am now banned for ever just because i'am stupid why i'am supposed to ask them for help .after playing for 4 hours a day to get out of silver 5 anbd raching gold 4 and i'am playing so well after they thank me for my effort for no toxity and my good account stats they perma banned me . i'am asking them to just forget about my request and just unban me and nothing has changed they are ignoring me always and saying weird things i don't know what to do :/

Well if u dont have access to email then u cant prove account is actually yours. Also if this is account u talk about, then its obvious multiple people play on it. U can see by positions of summoner spells in match history.

If you tell Riot you suspect your account has been compromised, their standard response is to lock down the account until the owner can prove it's their own account.

They won't simply take your word the report was filed in error-- especially if you don't have access to the right email.

Think about this: what if it wasn't your friend who saw your password? What if it was someone who wants a level 30 account they have no attachment to in order to troll and ruin games for other people? Or use it to advertise boosting services?

It would be irresponsible for Riot to unlock the account just because someone tells them "Oops, my account wasn't actually compromised."

Try to remember your email password. otherwise you won't get it back
