Toxic players and permabans

Toxicity is a disgusting thing in league if legends it ruin the game. What's the point of playing League of legends? it's to have fun! but toxic players make the game hard to enjoy, thats why Riot found the punishment system. And in my opinion the punishments are fair. No one get his/her account permanently banned unless they are actually toxic and deserve it. But what's worst is asking people to self harm which as we know Riot has 0 tolerance in this matter,, I completely underestimated this and I never thought someone would actually hurt him/herself until I found a video on YouTube about Gustav.. a young guy who committed suicide because someone told him to ingame! So such people actually deserve bans.

BUT

What's the point of permabans? its to stop toxic players from being toxic and to help them reform. I was actually toxic myself but I believe I reformed, how did I stop being toxic? 4 months ago I got my account permanently banned for toxicity which I believe I 10p% deserve because I was toxic as hell, I told my friend about it, and he told me I should stop being toxic, he told me instead of flaming players I can just type whatever I want when Im mad then instead of pressing enter to send the massage in game I press esc to cancel it.. and it actually worked. I found out that I was toxic because I get triggered easily and I always rage over game. so what I needed to do is to empty my nerves which I was doing by writing and canceling my massages. After a while I even stopped writing those stuff so I completely reformed which was about three weeks ago when I stopped feeling angry or mad about ingame stuff. So I made a new account and tried to stop being toxic and I succeed, I stopped being toxic I believe I reformed.

So riot won,, they made a new player reform by permanently banning his account. And im happy I reformed.

but why is my account still banned I reformed and I can prove it! shouldn't riot unban accounts every season to see if players actually reformed or not? I know you guys will say the punishment is on the account not the player but the account user stopped being toxic and that account will no more spread negative attitude and flame other players. I am sure I can level like 3 accounts to level 30 without getting a single valid report on them, because I reformed. So why don't you unban me and other players who reformed? at least as a gift for those players amd ti encourage them on keeping the positive nontoxic attitude because they reformed.

I just scrolled up and holy %$#% did I type all this D: sorry for making it long hehe

Your previous account was punished because of the actions that took place on it. You HAD your chances to reform then.

Just because you're reformed now it doesn't mean what you did didn't happen. You can't erase it just by playing nicely again.

shouldn't riot unban accounts every season to see if players actually reformed or not?

Then what's the point of a permaban?

The amount of people that doesn't reform after a 14 day ban is so great that Riot chooses just permaban you. It's a message that they don't want you to play anymore.

If they had more ban tiers then there would be an influx of toxic people every start of season.

I know you guys will say the punishment is on the account not the player but the account user stopped being toxic and that account will no more spread negative attitude and flame other players. I am sure I can level like 3 accounts to level 30 without getting a single valid report on them, because I reformed.

Then you should play on those three accounts. Your actions aren't forgiven. Riot CAN'T forgive them, you had so many chances of redeeming yourself but you didn't take them.

So why don't you unban me and other players who reformed?

For the exact reason you already stated:

I know you guys will say the punishment is on the account not the player

at least as a gift for those players amd ti encourage them on keeping the positive nontoxic attitude because they reformed.

The point of permaban is telling people that they shouldn't play League anymore. But Riot can't actually track new accounts you make so you are allowed to make them.
