So here's a game I had going Top as Garen vs Riven. I had Wukong for jungle that would ignore all of my pings and plea's for help. Lets not forget to mention I forgot to report him after the game. I had this game just after being banned for 14 days. After this game I was permanently banned. I carried the rest of the game helping with baron and pushing all lanes after farming as much as I could in the jungle because Wukong was standing around AFK most of the game and somehow still had plenty of kills. Throughout the game I was being harassed and basically trolled by all of the players and in the start of the game they were basically all entirely content that I was going to carry, which I did... So here's what I said which was nothing even close to anything I've ever said before and I was immediately permanently banned for it. I feel this is entirely unacceptable how the tribunal is stuck in it's ways of "once permanently banned, always permanently banned" because it goes off of automatic response to negativity. I get I was negative but my 14 day ban took 3 games of me being really toxic and flaming my team. I'm not saying that makes me any better in this argument but what I am saying is there is absolutely ZERO room for "SITUATIONAL" and "COMPARATIVE" perspectives given the chance at "What's Right or Wrong" when it comes to "permanently banning someone (In SUCH a short time frame) and JUST 1 Game that is not even close to what people say on this game!

You tell me what you think. I think I should be un-banned as well as many others in the same situational "I have to carry this or my team feeds and is toxic" (but I'm reported anyways right and lose my account scenarios.)

These behaviors only serve to put others down and contributes nothing positive to the game.

Many players are confused in these matters when it comes to severity. Nowadays consistency of negativity can be just as harmful to an account as it only takes as much negativity to receive a chat restriction to move a player up the punishment ladder. You weren't permanently banned for this last instance, but r1ather because you were continually negative in your matches and that negativity in turn kept bumping you along the escalation tracker until we finally had to permanently ban this account.

That's literally all there was. Trust me. I had to mute the players when I said... "Banes of Slayer: did you know enemy jungle killing counts for points Banes of Slayer: ggwp"

So at that point I didn't know what they said and I'm told I'm unable to find out what they said as any sort of evidence in my favor as that's just not a part of the tribunal. I appreciate all the comments I'm just trying to find what's right and what's wrong in this. I've said things so far gone from these things and maybe that's why I'm permanently banned, but at least give me a super last warning message like "Hey, We're going to ban you, don't forget!" kind of thing, so I can look back and be like ok WOW I almost lost this account, so much for my first game of the day, I wasn't paying attention!

First, you spam pinging the jungler to gank your lane isn't how league works. The Jungler helps the lanes they think needs the help Second, saying "I hate you all," and "brain dead" are being toxic Third, saying who you are reporting, and also saying "report wukong" counts as harassment, which is banable Forth, you were saying the game is over, and that you were done, which is part of giving up

I understand where you're coming from and it's definitely negative at the least. But hear me out, in a situational stand point in the game I was Garen vs Riven (check it out on op.gg) and I was doing my best and early game I was 2/5 and rushed for IE and Black Cleaver and honestly man I was doing pretty good at that point. But top side Golems were always up, same with creeps by mid (massive exp loss from wukong) and wolves most of the time as well. I was trying to tell him if he was to take care of the creeps in our jungle I could get points and even he could get more points of killing camps in the enemy jungle. This is where my frustration with the responses of these players went absolutely out of the ordinary a little bit and I said sarcastic remarks that I constantly get no matter what. I'm just a typical Yasuo Main and I have to deal with this kind of thing all the time.

The problem with your first part here is I was pinging for opportunity that I was setting up as he was on his path. Not just me but the entire team was as well and he had a very stubborn AFK decision making everywhere he decided to go. I was doing him a favor setting up ganks for him when it was convenient because I was able to out DPS Riven and tank her and possibly dodge her as well in all the the scenarios, which is why it was easy enough for me to win, I didn't need help, but if he ganked once or twice he would of got my tower at lv4 because she wasted her TP at lv2.. Basically all I'm saying is I pinged everything the best I could this game and this guy literally ignored everything to the point of frustration. Who wouldn't tell everyone to report them? When I said "I hate you all" I came back and secured a victory. Before that I said wukong was brain dead, but he was 2/0 and doing just fine so it was literally like a joke and I had him muted as well lmao. Other than that I agree telling others to report someone should be re-portable. Honestly everything I've done here is technically re-portable and I'm not trying to deny that, but what I'm describing here is among all of us if you were to read this and compare it to other bans of smaller degree's what would your thoughts be then? I may have been held back from this point, but once reached it's like I just slipped off, when before I'm saying the F word after every couple or so minutes when I die or mess up or feel bad about something. Like, I've made way worse mistakes I regret like crazy but this.. What I said here was all fun and games fellas and a joke to say the least. This Wukong was literally a comedian. :D

Tribunal doesn't really care how you play, outside of if you int fed or not. They take the chat logs way more into account than actual gameplay. I feel like there's more to it than we are seeing currently, because I think you were overly negative, but idk about perm ban.

I also don't know if it's true, but I've heard people saying it's a bannable offense to say that you're reporting someone. Anyone know if that holds up?

I do agree I'm overly negative but I must honestly state this is like 3% of 100% of what I honestly have said. That's why I feel this is at fault. I was banned for 14 days (had to wait 14 days to play) got online for my first win of the day (hoping) and first off Yasuo is banned and I have Riven to deal with Top. The first thing my team started telling me was I can carry us. Tell me where that puts you? He really evaded entire top side and prolonged our victory to an extent I needed to catch us up on farming the jungle. At this rate I was rushed, muted the team, died a few times and said things such at "I hate you all" then came right back and got a triple kill and aced the team 2 times and a 3rd at the nexus for the win after getting baron. The game was so incredibly fun, I was smiling the whole time, I had so much fun man honestly I thought the things that were said were funny, but they were taken in a negative manner because no one is seeing what I literally went through and the insane amount of plays that were made by not just me but my team as well, don't get me wrong, some how this Wukong was capable of keeping a clean KD and it was just like the game was free anyway. It extended to the point I had to turn into a Yasuo/Riven champion (BOOM I"M GAREN) and destroy their Nami and crowd control to the nexus. It's just rough on a permanent ban man I just want to express that fact.
