My account is perma banned when I was still in a 25 chat ban phase. So I can't log in, it just says I'm banned with no chat logs or nothing. It says it sent an email to my email but there was no email sent?
During the 25 chat ban, last I recall, the worst I've said was "quit league pls". I don't know why I am perma banned and wish to see chat logs or something.
I just want a chat log or something then I'll move on.
Sounds like it might be a security issue, not a behavioral ban. They lock accounts if they suspect the account has been compromised. Submit a support ticket ASAP.
Check your spam folder for the email.
If you could, what is the exact message it says when you try to log in?
there are other type of suspensions such as acct compromise, 3rd party program, billing issue, etc. your best bet is to contact support.
