Banned permanently

Not sure why I was banned permanently. I've spend thousands of dollars on this game, and I would take a chat ban for a large amount of games. But the game I got banned permanently for was pretty ridiculous. Playing adc, I muted my support pretty early on because she was being ridiculous, and it got to the point where I didn't even want to lane with her anymore. So I went top, told everyone what I was doing, and proceeded to mute Nami (the support). Once the game went on, I decided to unmute the Nami because I wanted to communicate, but she was still flaming me. I also muted the jungler (Rengar) in the meantime, but unmuted him at the same time. Kinda got into it with the nami, but never asked anyone to report anyone, while the Nami was constantly asking to report me. I really didn't want to get anyone reported, but this Nami was persistent. And then when we ended up losing the game,the jungler (Rengar) wanted me reported as well, because in that Elo someone HAS to get reported for a loss. So then the automated system banned me permanently because I just got out of a ban. I don't quite understand how this merits a PERMANENT ban, instead of another 14 day ban or a chat restriction. I've spent so much money on this account, that I don't know if I can bring myself to play this game anymore if my main account is banned forever because of an argument.

I've read the chat logs, and it's pretty clear to me. If you disagree you could post them here and people can help you understand what you did wrong.

You've been given a lot of punishments, and just didn't seem to learn. With your last punishment you were informed it was your final warning.

Here's the tough truth. You are toxic so you've been banned. That's literally all there is to it, people who are toxic get banned. You obviously didn't learn from your previous suspensions, so that led to this. I for one am happy to hear another toxic player is out of the game.

Don't rage in chat if they argue after a few minutes " Just let them know you are muting them" and don't type after that.

I had a toxic player refuse to answer when I said " I hope your not going mid" goes mid waits 2+ minutes in game causes massive XP loss throws game hard, had another player harassing reports reported both and continue playing after muting them all for almost the entire game and stop typing to them because I knew they were going to troll me.

Had most my placements trolled, and a Sona in my game go mid go support and throw us another game before.

Its just amazing the amount of trolls in games then they get mad and are like (harassing chat) about reporting, report yourself please :3?

If you feel you did nothing wrong submit a ticket you might get unbanned?

It's an escalating 4 strike system.

You're escalated to a 2 week ban after chat restrictions. You're escalated to a a permanent ban after a 2 week ban.

What you can do is see if you can contact a riot person and talk with them about it to see what happened and if you can get it removed. I have heard of people doing that but I don't know how they did it.

Basically I know I fucked up, but this Nami should also be at fault. I know I deserve punishment, but I truly don't believe i deserve a PERMANENT ban for what happened. I just don't think thousands of dollars can be thrown to waste with my income. I know it's my own fault, and what happened shouldn't have happened, but I've been in a shitty spot in my life with a recent divorce, and LoL is my only real sanctuary. If anyone can please lift this permanent ban in favor of a temp ban I'd be forever grateful

I dont think anyone should be permanently banned. Remove their ability to chat. Especially in you scenario where youve spent so much money. The tribunal for this game is biased and doesnt view the whole scenario. Only your retaliations. Riot goes too far with these permanent bans.
