Banned?!?!

Okay so im tried to long onto my account and it said i was banned, i checked my email which confirmed it saying i was banned till 2100, I was working to resolve a ticket and get a password reset on my pbe account while this was happening, and i think this is harsh considering I've never been chat banned or even temp banned and I've been playing this game since 2012.

Code 2100 is commonly used for locking an account due to account compromise. Please submit a Support Ticket for more information, ensure your email is validated and secure, and be patient.

Did you submit a ticket for an account recovery? If you did they automatically ban the account as a precaution.
