Isn´t it supposed to ban Flamer? Instead of that i got banned after beeing flamed adn harrased by 4 premades and now im not allowed to play clash and this happened 2 times in a row after a 20 games chat ban that i got from beeing flamed and harrased by Teammates. Pls work on your Ban system or make it to the old one or else people like me who didnt deserved it at all are having restricted Actions
Flaming a flamer back is also against the rules. Mute them instead.
You did NOT get banned for being flamed. You got banned for retaliating.
Do you have your chat logs? Normally when we see someone banned in response to being flamed or harassed it is due to the way they chose to engage back with the initiators. While it does suck to be harassed in game, there are appropriate and inappropriate ways of responding. If you respond respectfully and politely, such as by asking someone to stop, that's fine. If you simply mute them and continue playing the game, that's fine and is actually encouraged. If, however, you begin to flame or harass them back, then you will be subject to punishment as well.
Hmm...maybe you were counter-attacking them, which means you flamed them back. If that's the case, the system will review your account and depending on your behavioral history, you may be punished.
