Isn´t it supposed to ban Flamer? Instead of that i got banned after beeing flamed adn harrased by 4 premades and now im not allowed to play clash and this happened 2 times in a row after a 20 games chat ban that i got from beeing flamed and harrased by Teammates. Pls work on your Ban system or make it to the old one or else people like me who didnt deserved it at all are having restricted Actions

You did NOT get banned for being flamed. You got banned for retaliating.

I've never been banned, but I have been chat banned a few times. I have had people tell me that I should kill myself and die of cancer and nothing has ever been done. Great job team!

I don't know how Riot decides who should get banned and who shouldn't get banned, but I would like to assume that telling someone that they should die of cancer or that they should kill themselves would result in a ban- most of the time it just results in a chat ban which is ridiculous. In fact, their chat ban policy is pretty dumb; if someone is being toxic and you make a few comments back you are chat banned? That's akin to getting stabbed while being mugged, getting the knife away from the mugger and killing him with his own knife, but getting charged with murder. Pretty dumb. Maybe it would be a nice jester for Riot to specially tell us how they were punished.
The League of Legends community is one of the most toxic gaming communities in all of gaming, yet I don't see Riot doing much to stop this epidemic of toxicity. What happens when most of the team rallies to report another teammate for bad behavior? They mock them saying, "go ahead report me, nothing will happen!" and most of the time nothing does.
Perhaps these are just the woes of being a F2P game, perhaps if the game had a $39.99 price tag or a subscription it would get rid of these terrible players who have nothing better to do then be toxic.
ModThe Djinn7 votesDo you have your chat logs? Normally when we see someone banned in response to being flamed or harassed it is due to the way they chose to engage back with the initiators. While it does suck to be harassed in game, there are appropriate and inappropriate ways of responding. If you respond respectfully and politely, such as by asking someone to stop, that's fine. If you simply mute them and continue playing the game, that's fine and is actually encouraged. If, however, you begin to flame or harass them back, then you will be subject to punishment as well.
Kei1432 votesHmm...maybe you were counter-attacking them, which means you flamed them back. If that's the case, the system will review your account and depending on your behavioral history, you may be punished.
