False perm ban?

Ok so my account got perm banned today. My team flamed me for going negativ stats i were not feeding at all i were just having a bad game as caitlyn botlane. So what happend was that after the game i reported our jax for toxic behavior he told me to get cancer and shit i didnt say anything toxic then that i was going to report jax for being toxic cause saying that my whole family should get cancer is a big thing. Im just insanely mad right now i spent alot of money on that account and hours this is not acceptable Riot fix this problem. I think you guys have done so that after 3 reports you get banned cause they were premade and reported me? this is lame just wanted to discuss this with you guys. I only want answers thank you :)!
