False perm ban?

Ok so my account got perm banned today. My team flamed me for going negativ stats i were not feeding at all i were just having a bad game as caitlyn botlane. So what happend was that after the game i reported our jax for toxic behavior he told me to get cancer and shit i didnt say anything toxic then that i was going to report jax for being toxic cause saying that my whole family should get cancer is a big thing. Im just insanely mad right now i spent alot of money on that account and hours this is not acceptable Riot fix this problem. I think you guys have done so that after 3 reports you get banned cause they were premade and reported me? this is lame just wanted to discuss this with you guys. I only want answers thank you :)!

Please post your chat logs and we can tell you if the ban was issued in error.

You're not gonna get much in the way of help or sympathy if you don't post your entire unedited chat logs here first. What I will say though is that retaliation is not okay, and that other peoples poor behavior does not excuse your own.
