I'm having the hardest time.

I just made it to Silver 5 not too long ago. I have some bad games here and there. I'll take the fault if im the cause of the loss but I never give up. Ever since I got to silver almost all my games the players may die or a gank doesn't go their way they'll say "I'm done" then proceed to feed or just play badly on purpose. Some just feed just for fun. Does it get worse the higher you go? I thought it got better.
