My account was banned long ago for "hacks"

Hey guys. Long time League vet, played for about three years under my Taytinn account when, about a year ago, it was permanently banned for apparent "hacks" and "exploits". I have sent so many tickets to Riot and each time I have gotten the same exact computer generated response back:

"Your account has been permanently suspended following the use of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs in League of Legends. Accounts that are caught using hacks to gain an unfair competitive advantage are subject to permanent suspension. We work hard to preserve a fair and competitive environment in League of Legends. Regardless of intent, use of unauthorized third-party programs is explicitly against the Terms of Use, which can be found here:

Keep in mind that account sharing of any kind is also against the Terms of Use. You are responsible for all activity on your account, so be sure to keep your account information to yourself.

This has been a year running and, honestly, if I had been hacking I would have given up by now and accepted my much deserved punishment. If anyone can help me out, or direct a non-automated Riot employee to this post it would be much appreciated.

Were you actually hacking? Or were you using third party program to make your playstyle better? Cause that might be the case. I just learned that using certain third party program that Riot doesn't approve can result to perm ban. Unless Riot approves the program is using, you're pretty much banned forever and had to make a new account.
