My account was banned long ago for "hacks"

Hey guys. Long time League vet, played for about three years under my Taytinn account when, about a year ago, it was permanently banned for apparent "hacks" and "exploits". I have sent so many tickets to Riot and each time I have gotten the same exact computer generated response back:

"Your account has been permanently suspended following the use of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs in League of Legends. Accounts that are caught using hacks to gain an unfair competitive advantage are subject to permanent suspension. We work hard to preserve a fair and competitive environment in League of Legends. Regardless of intent, use of unauthorized third-party programs is explicitly against the Terms of Use, which can be found here:

Keep in mind that account sharing of any kind is also against the Terms of Use. You are responsible for all activity on your account, so be sure to keep your account information to yourself.

We won't be able to go into the specifics of an account's exploit abuse, as divulging this information could compromise future investigations. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns."

This has been a year running and, honestly, if I had been hacking I would have given up by now and accepted my much deserved punishment. If anyone can help me out, or direct a non-automated Riot employee to this post it would be much appreciated.

The responses you got in your ticket were not from bots, either. Canned responses are used to provide all the information you need in a timely manner so they can handle more tickets. If they need to add more they will, but if you keep getting the same response it's because your case is closed and not up for discussion.

Often when a player is banned for exploits and they did not cheat, it's either;

  1. The player was using a third party program which provides unfair advantages. Whether they were utilizing that feature or not doesn't matter; if you have it you'll get banned.

  2. The player's account had been compromised and someone else took illegal actions on it. Account security is the responsibility of the owner, and they will be held responsible for actions others take on it.

They cannot share with you what they caught being used on your account because giving that information away helps cheaters avoid being caught.

So riot is infailable and it's always me who's at fault... Even when I'm innocent and stopped a good 250 dollars total over the tears in the game and would be insane to want to throw it away.

I'm just stating the usual reasons, which you could be completely unaware of but still be responsible for. I have no access to the information Riot has on your case, so the only thing you can do is talk to player support about it.

Well, how do I talk to player support? Because every time I do post this they just send me that message and ignore me from then on. I just want someone to actually talk to, not to be sent a message and forgotten about, ya know?

Im having the same strugle since 1 month ago and more. They really think we cheated, and it seems we don't have any way to defend our case. I'm still having some different answers. It feels that they don't even have acces to the real thing.

Exactly. They feel like taking our accounts, that we WORKED for, leveled, and put our time into, is just something we have to deal with. Do they not realize that making an account isn't just about playing a few games and screwing around, but the work put in? That I didn't hit plat and work for 3 years to get there (Yea I suck lol) just to be banned and watch all of this effort go down the drain. Not to mention the money thrown in there. You're welcome Riot, not give me something here.

Were you actually hacking? Or were you using third party program to make your playstyle better? Cause that might be the case. I just learned that using certain third party program that Riot doesn't approve can result to perm ban. Unless Riot approves the program is using, you're pretty much banned forever and had to make a new account.

Of course I wasn't. All I had was the skinsspotlight thing which, at the time and now, was green lit by riot games. This account was my life and I seriously wasn't hacking. I've been fighting all through the last year trying to regain it. Also I never shared the acc with anyone else.
