If you've just come off a 14-day ban? Yes. You are supposed to be on your best behaviour after that.

As someone who sadly just got a 2 week ban I can tell that if you're flaming after that you will most likely get perma banned.
The league automated ban bot will almost always ban you if you say ANY VARIATION of "n****"
