Seeing a lot of bots in 5v5 PvP

I've noticed something odd happening over the last few days. There are a lot of what seem to be AI-controlled players in PvP. These players all have usernames that make no sense, usually a certain number of mixed case letters and a random first name: e.g MaxwellzAoRn, HarveyxSoKkJ, uOxUMike, etc. They all usually play very poorly, taking a lot of hits, getting hit by turrets more than usual, etc., and just generally don't respond how normal players would i.e in combat.

I'm assuming this is some type of cheat that they're trying to do to gain a lot of experience? There are a lot of these automated players. Usually every game I've joined over the past few days has had at least one of them, sometimes several. Maybe this has been going on for a while but I've only noticed this over the past few days.

I hope Riot detects these cheaters as it's no fun playing PvP with AI-controlled players. I've since been reporting every bot that I see, and if you notice this as well, please report it too.
