I don't know if it is the right place to ask this. The topics on this are quite old. So how is the ban for question mark ping spam? Do they get banned? Chat restricted? Or they don´t get banned? Some Topics say that they don´t get registered so they can´t be bannable... I know I can mute pings nowadays, was this the solution for the problem???

As for bans, you'll never know if your report resulted in punishment, unless it's one of the last ones to result in a punishment. I know I've received my share of "your report has helped in punishing a dishonorable person" screens after games where it was only ping spam harassment.
And mute pings is pretty much an immediate solution so you don't get annoyed, where as the reports work towards long term solutions (reformation or punishment.)

I mean, I'm pretty sure it's been stated multiple times that spamming pings without good reason is harassment. And that flaming players constantly is as well. Pretty sure you yourself would understand not wanting to deal with someone's tantrum when you just want to play a game.
But judging from your post history, you can't seem to grasp these "rules" and being a "decent human being."
