I am pretty upset about it, but after it goes away, and I don't leave matches for a very long time, and if I leave ONE match, will it restart the whole cycle ? (warning -> 5 min -> 10 min -> 20 min)
You might need to wait a couple hours,or even a day before the "whole cycle" resets. You might get another 20 minutes low prio queue even if you played a couple games.

If RIOT had any sense when people get to that level of LPQ they would reward you by giving you a free account and banning this one.
You will never again see the warning message, I believe.
Leaverbuster gives a punishment based on how much of a habit leaving is. If you go long enough between leaving it's possible to never receive a punishment.
To reduce the punishment you should put ~250 games in between each leaving/afk.
