They only ban people for breaking the rules. Spending allot of money on the game doesn't make you immune to the consequences of breaking the rules. Post your Reform Card and we can see what it was exactly that got you banned.

This sounds more like you're just mad that they didn't give you the response that you wanted. Post the ticket response (all of what you and they said; don't try to post snippets here just to suit your needs) and we can see what it was that they said exactly.

Again, this sounds more like you're just mad that they didn't give you the answer that you wanted to hear. If it's an automated response then just reply to it again to get an actual human being on the line. Just note though that not giving you the answer that you wanted does not equal them not answering your ticket.
