Got banned yester day will i get rewards

No. They hadn't made an official announcement, but they had put requirements on their support page. Might change after an official announcement though.

Cant' remember if Riot ever decided between the 2 situations:

If you were banned during a season you receive no rewards

or

You don't receive rewards ONLY if you finish the season with a ban currently restricting your account.

I think we are saying the same attitude that got him banned right now.

You are ineligible to earn rewards and will not receive the Ranked Rewards for 2017's Season 7.

• Players issued a ban of seven days or more from 8/22/2017 are ineligible for this year’s rewards.
