Came back to A perma ban LOL

Been out of state or about A year and a half, and i came back to a Perma ban! Was working with Conservation corps in nebraska so no internet or access to League. How is it i am banned forever lol? irather notmake a new acc what with all my legacy skins and about of time and money ive spent. never heard of anyone getting unperma banned... any advice? should i call? do they even have a call desk? i dont acc share nor have i ever been banned aside from the occasional shitty internet DC reports, but thats it!

Edit: Talked to my brother and he said he got me banned by playing my account and got the info because i asked him to buy me Championship Ashe while i was away. ...didnt even get me the skin. I can already see that crazy explaination aint gonna cut it cuz its technically account sharing, which is still my fault and againt the CODE. GG RIP.

You can try to contact support and appeal to them, but your chances are pretty slim.

Sounds like your grievance at this point though should be with your brother. You trusted him to act appropriately with the account, and he didn't.

I'd request account data first to ensure no one hacked your account and received reports for you. It takes 30 days but it will show you your activity including IP address for the last three months. Additionally you could send a ticket or try to live chat support.

What was the ban for?

If it was for third-party program usage or scripting, your account may have been compromised while you were away.

Same goes for toxicity, if you see logs that you don't remember typing (or they were from a recent game), your account was probably compromised.

Riot doesn't have a call center (at least not for account suspensions IIRC) so your best bet would be to file a support ticket.

If the login message says "your account has been permanently suspended, please contact support for details", then there's a high chance it is a shield ban. Meaning someone tried to access you account without your authorization and Riot locked the account to protect the account.

Once you are able to verify your ownership of the account, they'll release it back to you.
