Hey guys, I'm a player of league and in a ranked flex with my team they were using actual terms that are offensive to gay players like myself. I bettered myself from a chat restriction thanks to you. However these guys need to be banned for using language like they did-- i muted them in game and after game they were using these-- if you want I have screenshots with all of them. Racial, homophobic, etc. derogatory terms don't automatically make things worse than run of the mill harassment. I think the problem is that people who use that kind of language, specifically to target someone for their identity, tend to go completely overboard.
I mean, if they called you a fa**ot a few times, not knowing your sexual orientation, I can see them receiving some type of punishment, because it's no different than any other form of being toxic in a game. It's when they latch onto that, and keep just hammering away non-stop, that's when Riot will potentially slam them with a perma-ban. Not necessarily because one form of harassment is better or worse, but some people turn into goddam lunatics at the drop of a hat.
