This is toxicity.

I would like a red on this one. I got a suspension for player behaviour after playing a game as Jax jungle and my Xerath was my mid laner. I didn't gank when Xerath pinged me vs his lane opp Akali . I later returned with a pink ward to help him and encountered her on my side of the jungle (south red) and we fought. Xerath proceeded to stay in range and just stand there. I died. This happened one more time.

Afterwards he admitted that I had "tilted" him by not helping earlier and I proceeded to chew him out. No swears were used. I did not call him bad. I said that he was toxic. The rest of my team afterwards said I had tilted all of them (not sure if they were a premade) and they all reported me even though no offensive language was used and I simply blamed Xerath for causing Akali to become out of control (by standing in almost auto attack ranged and watch as i died, then moved away).

So rather than focus on the progenitor of the toxicity, I get blamed for defending myself and calling out Xerath on his actions and behaviour. This is why we need the tribunal back. **Volume of reports does not equal merit of report. ** Even if all 4 players reported me, the most toxic action on this team was Xerath.

In a competitive e-sport game, a ranked game requires people to work together, and if someone is messing up then they need to be held accountable, not be able to report someone for being called out on their behaviour.

lets see you defend yourself with a toxic counter attack, and thus punished.

logs or it didn't happen.

Just because you didn't swear doesn't mean what you said wasn't toxic. Did riot send you chat logs? If you post them it would better help people understand what you are trying to prove.
